We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead overall campus management as the Campus Director. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned campus, including departmental function, operational goals and financial performance. You will make a difference in the lives of families by ensuring their loved one receives excellent holistic care.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned campus, including departmental function, operational goals and financial performance. Responsibilities--Campus Director
- Overseeing the operations of all departments within a campus, including nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales
- Managing the campus budget, expenses, programs and compliance with state requirements
- Promoting a positive work and living environment by resolving concerns in a professional manner
- Fulfilling other duties as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, or being available after hours to ensure the proper running of the residence

- Required: administrator’s license or applicable certification as required by the state
- Required: a demonstrated success in leadership, especially in managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Prefer: 3 years experience in an operations role for a senior housing community or similar
