About Alpha Recovery Corp
Alpha Recovery Corp is a third-party collection agency that focuses on debt
collections for debt purchasers. Our company opened in 2010
with 5 agents and we now have over 100 employees with 2 offices located in
Centennial , CO and Tempe, AZ. In July of 2017, we moved to the Arapahoe
Business Park near Arapahoe and Peoria - across from Family Sports. We are
doubling the size of our office to accommodate our tremendous growth.
Our Philosophy
We have several needs within our office and so we
are looking to hire experienced collectors, experienced collection
managers, and inexperienced employees that have experience in sales,
customer service and/or basic office work. Alpha Recovery Corp is looking to
hire individuals that are looking to build a career with an excellent company
within a competitive and exciting environment.
Compensation
Alpha Recovery Corp offers competitive hourly rates and our employees have the
opportunity to earn competitive bonus amounts. All bonuses are based on the
position you are
hired for. We also offer paid holidays, paid sick time, paid personal
time, medical/dental/vision and 401k matching.
Requirements: Although a college degree is not required, we welcome recent
college graduates that are looking to get started in business and of course
former military personnel are always welcome. Alpha Recovery Corp is required
to conduct background checks on all potential new hires.
