Position Overview


Swipe Say Easy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database for future reference.
  • Help customers understand and use our services by providing clear explanations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues swiftly and effectively.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and phone equipment.
