- Apply proven communication, analytical, project management, process improvement, and creative problem-solving skills to systems operations and troubleshooting. Be comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Partner with decision makers, business process owners, end users and other key stakeholders to define business requirements, resource requirements, budgets and deliverables for projects.
- Work closely with our business process owners, end users and software partners to develop business intelligence tools to drive decision-making and improve operations.
- Lead the search and selection process for new systems. Collaborate in the planning, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment of new applications, integrations, hardware platforms, and enhancements/upgrades to existing applications.
- Act as a program manager for assigned solutions, acting as the main point of contact, maintaining vendor relationships, staying up to date on upgrade opportunities and new features, updating annual budget figures, and reviewing user accounts.
- Perform tier-2 troubleshooting of assigned solutions and establish and lead user groups across all our locations for the purpose of understanding functional needs, practices, and driving consensus on project priorities and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the selection, support, integration, and implementation of software and hardware solutions.
- Previous experience supporting multi-user-based ERP, analytics, POS, clinical or facility management software, HR and/or payroll software, etc.
- Enterprise systems project management experience and PMI PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration and meeting facilitation tools skills and demonstrated project leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products with attention to detail.
