We are looking for a Business Analyst - Warehousing, to join our hard working and fast-paced team in Vancouver, WA! The Business Process Analyst - Warehousing will work primarily with our Warehousing teams to analyze, evaluate, and refine processes. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the Business Process Supervisor. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, workflow automation, and performing some user acceptance testing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Transportation, Distribution, Receiving, and Purchasing in NAV/BC (ERP), Power BI, and other applications.
  • Solicit input from end users including one-on-one shadowing.
  • Integrating new systems and processes with existing ones.
  • Manage software implementations.
  • Be able to interpret, validate and correct errors during processes.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Support and adherence to Company’s Core Values.
  • Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. 

Preferred Education/Experience

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Critical Skills and Expertise

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and its functions and formulas.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to expand knowledge of current software and to learn new software when it becomes available.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment by think quickly and independent decision making.
  • Oral and written communication skills to support effective interaction with various levels of the staff and other outside parties.
  • Skill in proofreading materials to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal instruction and supervision.
  • Ability to work with constant noise or interruptions.
  • Ability to follow an activity through implementation.
