The IS Business Support Specialist will primarily manage data operations within our ERP and retail systems. This role includes managing sales processes, handling sales errors, and overseeing physical inventory processing. The specialist will also provide after-hours support as necessary, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data operations within the ERP and retail systems.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of sales processes, including order entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Address and resolve sales errors and discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and oversee physical inventory processing, including reconciling stock levels, conducting audits, and investigating discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues, and work towards effective resolutions.
- Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
- Generate regular reports and provide analysis of data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IS Business Support and retail systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IS Business Support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
- Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and inventory control.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in the job.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and retail systems, including data management and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail skills, capable of managing and reconciling large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide after-hours support when required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Mandarin is preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

- Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM.
