Business Intelligence Visualization Engineer

Business Intelligence Visualization Engineer for St. Louis, MO to support development of analytics to drive operational decision-making; lead digital innovation projects to support crop science operations; define KPIs & metrics to inform business results; prepare automated reports, dashboards, visualizations, & data analyses for commercial business stakeholders; create standard operating procedures & flowcharts for business processes; use business intelligence tools to ensure the accuracy & completeness of crop science data; explore & validate data to derive actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders. Requires Master’sin Operations Research, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely-related field & 2yrs experience developing analytics within transactional systems, relational databases, and data science warehouses to provide customer support to commercial crop science operations; using data reporting tools, including Tableau, SAP Business, MicrosoftBI & Looker, to create business intelligence visualizations & dashboards; writing scripts in SQL to automate business reporting & manipulate data in data science warehouses; delivering metrics from data architecture to support reporting, analysis & financial reconciliation; performing root cause analysis to identify & resolve data discrepancies; using enrollment data to analyze business process drivers; reviewing product & engagement data quality for accuracy and completeness; providing data-driven insights to business & marketing teams using Looker, PowerBI, and Tableau; and using Jira and Salesforce to create tickets for customer & platform support, track progress, and troubleshoot issues.
