Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will transform data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in the Global Cellulose Fibers Business, analyzing market trends and providing valuable insights to the commercial team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular competitive and market intelligence updates and insights to the commercial team as part of monthly market view activities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex pulp and absorbent hygiene product datasets

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and software to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies with data insights

• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

• 1 – 3 years of related experience required

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Industry experience preferred

• MBA preferred
