Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Identify and develop prospective customers to promote engineering solutions. Build and nurture strong business relationships by understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities. Deliver accurate forecasts of business development activities to refine market strategies.
- Trade Shows & Events: Actively participate in industry trade shows and events to connect with target customers and showcase innovative solutions.
- Sales & Account Management: Serve as a key account manager, collaborating closely with management and marketing/sales teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands. Lead complex sales processes with technical expertise.
- Lead Generation: Work with the marketing team to generate and prioritize leads, ensuring effective lead management.
- Travel: Be ready to travel nationwide to meet with customers and explore new business opportunities.
- Reputation Building: Enhance the company's reputation by embracing new challenges and exploring opportunities for value addition.
- Educational Background: Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: 10-15 years in the Engineering Services Industry, preferably in Metallic Buildings.
- Industry Knowledge: Proficiency with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Structural Buildings, and related software (MBS, Autodesk, STAAD Pro, Tekla 3D modeling). Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Skills: Strong cognitive abilities, business acumen, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Ability to forecast accurately and efficiently.
- Personal Traits: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly motivated with a capacity for independent work.
