What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Sales Playground)
- Smash Sales Goals – Exceed quarterly revenue targets and grow our client base.
- Hunt for New Business – Tap into your industry network and open doors in pharma, biotech, biosimilar, generics, and OTC markets.
- Own the Pipeline – Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of high-value clients.
- Seal the Deal – Consult, strategize, and close executive-level sales.
- Stay Sharp – Keep up with market trends, regulatory updates, and industry shifts.
- Track & Crush It – Use CRM tools to keep sales activity on point.
- Be the Face of PAI – Represent us at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- 7+ years of sales & biz dev experience (bonus points if it's in life sciences, CMC, or regulatory consulting).
- You know the industry – pharma, biotech, regulations—this isn’t your first rodeo.
- Proven closer – You’re not just about leads; you’re about results.
- A natural networker – Building executive relationships is your superpower
- Tech-savvy – You know your way around CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- A go-getter mindset – Self-driven, adaptable, and ready to own your success.
- Willingness to travel (30-50%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
