Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to understand and identify gaps and create procedures.
- Perform gap analysis, data analysis, process modeling.
- Ability to use Excel, create PowerPoint presentations, and process flows good communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders for small projects Can work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creating process flow diagrams using Visio or other tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication, self-motivated and ability to drive the projects
Understanding of the Salesforce application.
