About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support tracking and reporting of KPIs such as customer retention, churn, product adoption, and revenue.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time business visibility.
- Conduct exploratory analysis on customer behavior, pricing, and transaction trends.
- Help prepare executive and board presentations by simplifying and visualizing complex data.
- Collaborate across teams to connect business drivers with financial outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business or data analysis (internships, research, or project work acceptable).
- Basic skills in Excel and SQL, with exposure to BI tools such as Power BI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a desire to learn and grow.
