Business Analyst

Overview

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the Business Analyst in identifying and analyzing business problems and opportunities and providing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in conducting research and analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
• Assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Developing use cases and business models
• Conducting feasibility studies and impact analysis
• Developing business cases and recommendations
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Providing ongoing support to ensure solutions are implemented and delivering value
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

The salary range for this role is $57,500-$72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
