Business Analyst

Position Introduction/Key Duties

Cimarron is seeking entry-level Business Analysts who are detail-oriented and analytical to support the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of the most iconic aircraft in the world, ensuring safety, reliability, and advanced capabilities.

Key Duties

• Support data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and support ongoing programs.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems or process changes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with IT, project managers, and other departments to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support testing, training, and change management activities.
• Track project progress and report on key metrics.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
