About The Team

The Global Alliances and Channels team focuses on building, supporting, and going to market with professional services firms including systems integrators, consultancies, and managed services providers. We also lead go-to-market initiatives with our strategic technology alliance partners such as SAP, SFDC, Adobe, commercetools, and others. Our team helps Stripe increase the GDP of the internet by ensuring users have access to the broadest set of solutions using the Stripe platform and the deepest set of technology and industry experts. At the same time, we work to ensure our partners and Stripe build large, mutually beneficial businesses together.

What you’ll do

The Global Alliances and Channels team focuses on building, supporting, and going to market with professional services firms including systems integrators, consultancies, and managed services providers. We also lead go-to-market initiatives with our strategic technology alliance partners such as SAP, SFDC, Adobe, commercetools, and others. Our team helps Stripe increase the GDP of the internet by ensuring users have access to the broadest set of solutions using the Stripe platform and the deepest set of technology and industry experts. At the same time, we work to ensure our partners and Stripe build large, mutually beneficial businesses together.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard for PDMs to track partner progress, including certifications, deal flow, revenue contribution, and other key metrics
  • Run analyses and create data visualizations to support external and internal Quarterly Business Reviews, deal support, and ad hoc queries
  • Analyze the performance of various Global Alliances and Channels strategic initiatives, including specializations, partner-sourced funding, and co-selling programs
  • Manage investments across the portfolio of commercial incentives including executing and tracking payouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and execute solutions
  • Synthesize data from different systems to provide insights into deal pipeline and partner health


Who you are

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles
  • High proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce
  • Expertise in data visualization and using data insights to make recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, able to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with partner or channel data in a technology company
  • Experience with Python
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of payment systems or fintech industry
  • Experience in managing financial data or incentive programs


Hybrid work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $84,000 - $126,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
