Job Title: Brand Specialist, Design

Job Status: 3-month contract

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Your Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Design to join our team! In this role, you will focus on creating engaging marketing assets to support brand campaigns and product launches across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver compelling visual content that drives consumer engagement

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visually compelling marketing assets, including social media graphics, packaging, digital ads, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative output with campaign goals and brand strategy.
• Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Support video creation and editing needs for social and digital content.
• Leverage AI design tools to streamline workflows and explore innovative design solutions.
• Contribute to light-touch social content creation (e.g., behind-the-scenes, quick TikTok/Reels-style clips) to supplement agency support.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and on-time.
• Regularly evaluate asset performance and integrate feedback to continuously improve creative output.
• Stay current with design, content, and digital media trends to inspire fresh ideas and best-in-class work.
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working in creative/design
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, with a focus on marketing or branding projects.
