You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, sales, and product development teams to bring our campaigns, launches, and ideas to life. About The Role
As Brand Manager, you’ll lead the charge in telling Happy Elephant’s story and growing our brand in the sustainable home care space. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, sales, and product development teams to bring our campaigns, launches, and ideas to life. This is a highly collaborative role that balances strategy, planning, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Campaign Ownership
- Own and evolve Happy Elephant’s brand identity, voice, and positioning
- Plan, build, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, email, social, and influencer)
- Write briefs and oversee content creation, including photography, video, packaging, and copy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with R&D and sales on positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch timelines
- Oversee ecommerce and Amazon brand presence, ensuring accurate, optimized listings
- Work with performance marketing to develop creative assets that align with campaign goals
- Research, identify, and support opportunities for brand-aligned events and sponsorships
- Assist in planning and coordinating clean living expos, sampling events, and local activations
- Create brand kits and marketing assets for use at partner and industry events
- Track industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions
- Gather and apply customer insights to strengthen messaging and product fit
- Monitor performance metrics across channels and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, CPG, or consumer product storytelling
- Strong project management skills; you’re comfortable juggling multiple timelines
- Proven success launching or managing consumer products
- Clear communicator and creative thinker — someone who can connect the dots between vision and execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across channels.
- Experience in natural, sustainable, or refill-based product categories is a plus
- Familiarity with Asana, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, or other marketing tools
- Interest in ingredient transparency, eco-packaging, and responsible production
