Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports.
- Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving loan applications.
- Retain and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Monitor sales metrics and delinquency rate to achieve branch goals.
- Prepare and submit reports of branch activity.
- Develop additional customers by networking with local businesses.
- Implement and follow internal branch auditing procedures.
- Participate in company meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Base salary and monthly bonus incentive.

- 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry.
- Experience in a management position for 2+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals.
- Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports.
- Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Hours of Work:
- Saturday hours required seasonally and as business needs require
- Full-Time, Non-Exempt or Exempt
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs. Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.
