Position Summary
Boys Club Program Director
Lead the design and execution of a club-wide Player Development Plan aligned with academy standards. Oversee technical consistency across all ages and competitive tiers, manage session planning, coach recruitment and education, and player assessment. Guide college recruitment, manage tryouts and individual development plans. Serve as the administrative liaison for fields, schedules, equipment, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Boys Club Program Director
- Design and implement a comprehensive Player Development Plan aligned with academy-level progression.
- Ensure technical consistency across all age groups and competition levels.
- Oversee training methodology, session planning, and team structures.
- Evaluate and refine programming to meet strategic and industry standards.
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain part-time coaching staff; manage coach scheduling.
- Lead coach education initiatives and foster a collaborative coaching culture.
- Manage development pathways, tryouts, player assessments, and roster placement for U‑8 to U‑19.
- Create individualized development plans and guide college recruitment and showcase efforts.
- Partner with administrators on schedules, logistics, budget, and long-term planning.
- Liaise with leagues, college coaches, parents, and stakeholders.
- Maintain club equipment and administer systems via PlayMetrics.
- Weekly reporting at staff meetings along with commuincation protocol and standardized process to membership.
- Support Head Coach in planning and delivering 4–5 weekly training sessions and one weekly match.
- Provide individual and group coaching; analyze performance for improvement.
- Adhere to Academy policies.
- Maintain team discipline and cohesion.
- Coordinate logistics for travel, practice schedules, and matches, including driving within/outside Texas.
- Manage video recording and uploads via VEO/HUDL.
- Attend weekly in-person staff meetings.
- Assist with scouting, recruitment, administrative duties, and player records.
- Support college scholarship recruitment for players.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) or UEFA “C” License (or higher) strongly preferred.
- Director of Coaching Diploma or equivalent advanced certification is a bonus.
- Proven track record in youth development leadership within clubs or academies.
- Experience mentoring coaches and implementing technical training programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to travel on weekends throughout the season.
- Tech-savvy with tools such as PlayMetrics, AthleteOne, GotSport, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Ability to pass all background checks.
- Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
