Life at One of the Kids:

We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team:

• Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA related experience preferred but not required.
• VERY small caseload of 4-5 full time equivalent clients (approximately 150 direct therapy hours under supervision).
• Center-based in Cedar Park/ North Austin Area. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours.
• Dedicated to serving and caring for our families.
• Compassionate, responsive leader who is committed to serving and developing their team.
• Passionate about ABA, research, best practices, and elevating standards.
• Enjoys working collaboratively with other disciplines and individualizing treatment.
• Creative, flexible, and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies.

• Salary $75,000-$95,000 per year depending on level of experience, plus 10% performance based bonus paid out quarterly.
