About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Engineers to join our Research and Development team. The focus of this position will be on leading advancements in our wellness platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new algorithms and models that integrate to solve complex problems in human health and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with design and product teams to translate vision into reality.
  • Utilize AI-native tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development.
  • Develop robust machine learning models.
  • Architect and implement feedback control systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to pioneer the integration of core technologies into novel form factors.
  • Drive projects through the development lifecycle, from initial concept and research to prototyping and validation.


Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on industry experience in a relevant field such as signal processing, machine learning, or data analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and validating complex algorithms for physiological data.
  • Experience with experimentation, data-driven analysis, and iterative development processes.
  • Proven work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for building impactful products that can improve human health.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware engineers, data scientists, and materials scientists.
  • Solid product sense and a willingness to think critically about the user experience of a health technology product.
  • Experience with modern software development practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management (e.g., Git), build processes, and testing.
  • Proven track record of operating successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative, and research-driven environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant engineering or scientific field.
  • Direct experience with non-invasive intervention technologies or neuromodulation.
  • Prior experience in e-textiles.
  • Experience in developing health technology products from initial concept to launch.
  • A portfolio of relevant work or a list of publications in reputable journals or conferences.
