Immediate opportunity for a Billing Specialist! The most qualified candidate will have technology related industry experience with specialization in billing, invoicing, finance, and accounting.

Contract to Hire
Immediate opportunity for a Billing Specialist! The most qualified candidate will have technology related industry experience with specialization in billing, invoicing, finance, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices daily for various services and products.
- Verify customer invoicing requirements, pricing, freight, and tax charges.
- Monitor revenue not billed reporting and follow up on pending items.
- Process orders received via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Manage credit memos, returns, and debit memos.
- Respond to customer and business partner inquiries regarding invoices.
- Assist with special projects and business system integration as needed.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software such as MAS, or ConnectWise.
- E-RATE government program invoicing rules and regulations a plus!
