Join our dynamic team at TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC as a Bilingual (Spanish) Behavior Therapist! We are dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral therapy services to children and families in Lakeville, MN, and we are looking for passionate individuals to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children, utilizing evidence-based behavioral techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Collaborate with families to provide support and guidance in behavioral strategies.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, promoting social skills and peer interactions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with team members and participate in team meetings.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with clients.
• Experience working with children with behavioral challenges, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
