Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a BI Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite in Southeastern Alabama.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data teams and business units to develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy.
• Translate business objectives into actionable reporting requirements and document technical needs.
• Assist in the development lifecycle of BI assets including report design, data sourcing, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct data quality reviews and troubleshoot discrepancies in report outputs.
• Engage in internal training and learning opportunities to improve knowledge of enterprise data structures and BI tools.
• Deliver insights to stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner with visual storytelling techniques.
• Participate in cross-functional team discussions to support continuous improvement of analytics delivery.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Up to 2 years of professional or academic experience with business intelligence platforms; Power BI or MicroStrategy preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL with an ability to query data and understand relational structures.
• Familiarity with basic data warehousing concepts (e.g., star schema, facts/dimensions) and reporting best practices.
• Demonstrated curiosity and communication skills able to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Excel; bonus if you ve dabbled in Python or data transformation tools.
• Exposure to ETL or integration tools (e.g., SSIS, dbt, Talend) is a plus
