Responsibilities
- Utilizing and maintaining EHR system
- Maintain Excel Company Spreadsheets
- Effectively conduct intake of new clients
- Maintain a smooth flow to daily office functions including oversee other office staff
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions.
- Maintain comprehensive effective communication with providers and referral sources.
- Filing and organization of company documents
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong clinical knowledge of behavioral health care terminology
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail/ multitasking skills
- Forward thinking and solution-based mind set.
- Proficient with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite, Excel
- Previous office experience is a MUST
