The Base Leader - RN is responsible for overseeing clinical crew functions in a critical care transport setting.
- Maintains operational efficiency, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages equipment and supplies.
- Acts as a role model for customer-focused care and participates in public relations and outreach efforts.
- Assists in new employee orientation and provides feedback for performance evaluations.
- Ensures safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are met at the base.
- Collaborates with leadership to resolve flight issues and improve operations.
- Requires an associate degree or ongoing degree in nursing, Ohio licensure as a nurse or paramedic, and professional flight certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, including 2 years in nursing or paramedic transport, with preferred supervisory experience.
