Our Williamsburg location is one of Brooklyn’s busiest all-day cafés, and we’re looking for an energetic Barback to support our bar team and keep service running smoothly.

As a Barback, you’ll play a key support role behind the bar—stocking, organizing, cleaning, and assisting bartenders to ensure quick, seamless service. About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Stock, restock, and organize bar supplies, glassware, and ingredients
- Assist bartenders with service needs to keep pace during busy shifts
- Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Support with food and drink running as needed
- Maintain back-of-house storage, liquor displays, and refrigeration areas
- Empty trash, break down boxes, and ensure proper waste disposal
- Follow all opening/closing side work and bar setup procedures
- Communicate clearly with teammates and management for smooth service flow
- Uphold Department of Health and company sanitation standards
- Previous barback or hospitality experience in a high-volume setting preferred
- Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain after hire)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- $16.50/hour + tips
