Position Overview: The General Manager will oversee all dealership operations, ensuring that the dealership meets all sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an import OEM franchise and demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities, driving both team performance and dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing management and staff across all departments.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve dealership sales objectives and expand market share.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture by ensuring all team members provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with OEM representatives to align dealership operations with brand standards and initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to ownership, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an automotive dealership, specifically within an OEM franchise.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective leadership, team building, and operational management.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of dealership financials, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Customer Focus: Deep commitment to enhancing the customer experience and resolving issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement.
