Job Summary:
Moss Motors, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. This full-time, hourly position is located in Lafayette, Louisiana and offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $10 to $14 per hour, paid biweekly. As an individual contributor, the Automotive Detailer will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of vehicles in our dealership's inventory and customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

As an individual contributor, the Automotive Detailer will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of vehicles in our dealership's inventory and customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

- Clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, in accordance with dealership standards and customer requests.
- Inspect vehicles to identify any damage or defects and report to management.
- Utilize various cleaning and detailing products, tools, and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Perform tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming to restore vehicle appearance.
- Keep track of inventory and report any necessary restocking to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and equipment.
- Work with sales and service departments to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous detailing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of various cleaning and detailing products, tools, and equipment.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
