Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects assigned by the Automation Director, ensuring they meet key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, budget efficiency, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control. You’ll implement and monitor robust quality assurance systems across all initiatives, while also supporting the professional development of your team by identifying training needs and coordinating with the Director to schedule appropriate programs. Additionally, you’ll play a strategic role in resource planning by tracking ongoing project requirements and communicating staffing needs. Your insights will also help the Automation Director identify and cultivate top talent to strengthen the Business Unit’s long-term success.

• This position pays between $120,000 and $135,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent technical degree
• Minimum of 10 years of automation and controls related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in managing automation and control system projects.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and staff members
• Strong knowledge of the automation and controls industry
