The Associate TDM serves an essential role to ensure the smooth execution of program activities by organizing and managing various parts of a program to ensure its success. Partners with project team members, program managers and/or stakeholders by managing vendor relationships and contracts, assisting with procurement and licensing processes, supporting project management tasks, and coordinating communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

 

Vendor Management:
o Assist with managing Vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), including processing approvals and handling renewals as required.
o Oversee vendor resource onboarding activities, ensuring timely and accurate integration into the team.
o Assist with periodic recertification and access management for vendor resources.

Delivery Management:
o Provide support for procurement and software licensing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
o Manage periodic access for tools and software such as pilanning.io, Atlassian, and other relevant software and platforms.
Project Management:
o Manage and maintain MS Teams channels, teams, and Outlook distribution lists for the UWM project release train.
o Support resource management related to budget allocations.
o Act as the first point of contact for SOX audit-related inquiries, providing clarification and triage as needed.
o Assist with production release activities, covering both core and digital products.
Site and Calendar Management:
o Manage the structure of the Confluence site, ensuring it remains organized and up-to-date.
o Handle Agile Release Train (ART) calendar management, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Event Organization and Communication:
o Partner with BTS communications to coordinate events and publish content for the UWM project.
o Maintain and update email distribution lists for various teams and groups involved in the UWM project.
Agile Iteration Management:
o Assist with Jira discipline and Agile iteration management, including the initiation and closure of sprints.

 

 

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a program assistant/coordinator role or similar capacity.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes is a plus.
• Experience with MS Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration tools

Travel Requirements
• Low level of domestic U.S. travel required (up to 20% of time)
