Reporting to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel p rovides legal advice and guidance to Onvida Health, including Onvida Health Yuma Medical Center and Onvida Health Medical Group. The position supports organizational leaders and initiatives and front-line staff.

- Analyzes and advises on the impact and application of federal and state health care laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Prepares, reviews, and negotiates as applicable, contracts, governance and transaction documents
- Helps support risk and compliance teams under the General Counsel
5 . Serves on committees and assists in the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures and processes
6 .?Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.?
