Overview

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Operations, Zylo is looking for an Associate Data Analyst to create a source of truth - by cleansing and validating financial and renewal metadata - enabling customers the ability to maintain and govern their SaaS ecosystem in the continually expanding SaaS landscape. Additionally, this role will be impactful by providing industry-leading service and assisting in process automation to drive scale.

What You Will Do

• Assist in maintaining customer data by performing routine data refreshes, validating inputs, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support the Contract Concierge service by entering and organizing customer supplier contract data, ensuring key metadata is accurately recorded.
• Identify and escalate customer data issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry and updates.
• Provide internal teams with necessary financial and contract data to support customer needs.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify data requirements and follow established processes for data updates.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support ongoing customer and operational initiatives.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for data-related deliverables.
• Follow internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to process improvements.
  
  

Requirements

What you need

• Expertise in Excel using advanced formulas
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Aptitude to oversee projects across multiple customers and be entrusted to meet strict timelines
  
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python to extract, transform, and summarize data
• Experience understanding and working with millions of rows of data
• Strong understanding of data ETL processes and data manipulation
