Associate Brand Manager (Accelerated Development Program)

The Opportunity

As a global leader in mobility and innovation, we are looking for a creative and strategic Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing teams. This is a high-impact role for a candidate with experience in brand and customer strategy, eager to make their mark in a purposeful company recognized worldwide for excellence and sustainability.

This position is an entry point for future marketing leaders in our organization. It is based in Greenville, SC – close to beaches, mountains, and major cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that shape performance, customer engagement, and channel strategy across Michelin’s various segments. You will act as a key strategic partner for product management, sales, and customer teams, driving both insight and execution.

  • Develop and implement segment or brand strategies tailored to customer needs, industry trends, and channel dynamics applying SAVE model (SAVE - Solution, Access, Value, Experience).
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and service innovations.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify white space, growth opportunities, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to improve brand awareness, penetration, and value proposition.
  • Monitor performance of important metrics across product, channel, and campaign activities; recommend actions based on results.
  • Oversight of customer insights and marketing strategy across U.S. and Canada.
  • Champion a consistent and differentiated brand voice in touchpoints and channels.
  • Drive internal partner alignment, presenting to senior leaders and contributing to key business decisions.

What You Will Bring

  • MBA or equivalent experience from a top institution preferred.
  • At least 2–3+ years of continuous, hands-on brand or marketing experience within a single organization, demonstrating ownership and sustained impact over time. Ideally in brand management, commercial marketing, within a large corporation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities; confident navigating ambiguity and setting priorities.
  • Consistent track record of collaborating across functions and influence without authority.
  • Passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that drive brand equity and business growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in industrial, automotive, or tech sectors is a positive.
