- Analyze insurance policies including CGL, D&O, E&O, personal lines, and first-party property claims.
- Draft clear and persuasive coverage opinions and manage litigation matters.
- Represent a mix of clients from national carriers to niche insurers.
- Receive mentorship in both legal practice and business development.
- Gain additional experience in professional liability defense cases.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in Georgia.
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage or litigation.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in coverage opinion drafting preferred.
