About the company: Our law firm client is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3-4 years of employment litigation experience to join its dynamic team. As a highly ranked regional law firm, this practice offers the opportunity to do compelling legal work guided by the most accomplished attorneys in the region.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of labor & employment litigation experience, with a proven track record defending employers in state and federal courts against all types of labor and employment litigation. Traditional labor law as well as advice and counsel experience is a plus.
Hybrid work arrangements are allowed and the position may be based in any of their Bay Area offices (San Francisco, San Rafael, or Walnut Creek). The annual base compensation range for this position is competitive and offers a robust bonus structure to reward exceptional performance.
