Associate Attorney

Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced coverage/litigation attorney to join our Irvine, California office. Matters handled by this dynamic group include the analysis of various types of claims as well as high-stakes litigation. This is a hybrid position.

Essential Job Duties Include

• Reviewing and analyzing new files from clients.
• Drafting coverage opinions and advising clients on insurance coverage matters.
• Interpreting insurance policies and coverage provisions.
• Communicating and preparing status reports to clients.
• Conducting legal research when necessary.
• Attending depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional writing, organizational and advocacy skills
