assistant weekend manager needed. roughly 20-25 hours (flexible to pick up/cover for a few more hours from time to time).
Friday, Saturday and Sundays required - specific hours are somewhat flexible - can discuss.
The ideal candidate: is looking for a part-time weekend position and has experience in restaurant management or experience as a senior server (lead) at minimum. Looking for a kind and pleasant person that enjoys interacting with guests and can navigate the nuance of customer service with grace.

- overseeing expo during service
- covering scheduling issues
- resolving any guest issues
- ability to step into any FOH position if the need arises
- able to walk stairs multiple times a day (this is a physical job)
- assist Owner/operator with scheduling and ordering
