Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Advocacy & Influence will support the Influencer Marketing team in executing campaigns, building and nurturing the creator community, and coordinating engaging content. This role involves assisting with campaign planning and execution, managing influencer relationships, tracking performance, and identifying emerging trends in influencer marketing and community building.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following, other duties may be assigned)

Influencer Campaign Support: Assist the Influencer Marketing team in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This includes supporting campaign planning, influencer identification and outreach, content calendar management, and performance tracking.

Community Building & Engagement: Expand and nurture the 4,000+ creator community by actively engaging with professional stylists and store employees. Develop strategies to increase engagement and conversations within the community. Source and champion stylist-generated content to feature across SalonCentric’s owned social channels.

Content Coordination: Support the creation and distribution of engaging influencer content. This includes reviewing content for brand alignment, ensuring timely posting, and tracking engagement metrics.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign performance, gathering data, and creating reports. Help identify areas for optimization and contribute to data-driven insights.

Advocacy Program Support: Execute always-on (seeding, creative execution, etc.) and campaign-level (brand, education, etc.) programming in support of key annual social priorities.

Trend Identification & Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and community building. Research and identify new opportunities to leverage influencer partnerships and community engagement to drive brand awareness and advocacy.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Influencer Marketing team, including shipping out products to influencers, assisting with budget management, and ensuring audit compliance.

Experience, Competencies & Physical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in social media & influencer marketing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and community building principles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Able to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to remain stationary or sit for the majority of scheduled day.
  • Able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment throughout the day.
  • Ability to use normal office equipment regularly (computer, printer etc)
  • Ability to lift 10 LBS
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
