Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This person will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company and provide support in various areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily operations of the company
  • Help to develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support when needed
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Participate in meetings and contribute insights for strategic planning and decision-making
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the company remains competitive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims management is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of promoting a positive work culture and driving team performance
