Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in corporate real estate, commercial asset management, or commercial property management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA with Finance/Real Estate concentration, or Master's degree in Real Estate or Finance.
  • Professional certifications such as MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate), CPM (Certified Property Manager), or RPA (Real Property Administrator).
  • Experience working with large landlords and local jurisdictions in the Bay Area.
  • Understanding of office property operations, building systems, and capital project management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

About The Job

As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, financial performance, and operational oversight of a designated portfolio of leased and owned assets, comprising primarily corporate offices, also land, warehouse and other asset types. You will focus on maximizing the value and utility of our assets and leases in the sub-district, ensuring they align with the company's operational needs, financial objectives, workplace strategy, and long-term real estate goals. You will proactively manage lease negotiations, oversee property operations, analyze financial performance, and contribute to the overall corporate real estate strategy. Where a property is not in operational use, you will directly manage property management services.

In this role, you will be part of an Asset Management Team, with resources assigned across the three geographic districts. You'll work in close partnership with the Real Estate Solutions District Director for their assigned district. You will closely manage performance of outsourced service providers for leasing and property management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$223,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic asset plans to enhance portfolio value and optimize costs, supported by robust financial analysis and budget management.
  • Execute a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, while managing outsourced providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead lease management and negotiations for new agreements, renewals, and terminations, working with legal and internal teams to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee property operations to ensure assets are safe and well-maintained, fostering strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and internal business partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, approval workflows, and reporting requirements, maintaining confidentiality and managing vendor performance.
