ETI Precision is looking for a talented Assembly Technician to join its growing team in Frederick, MD! This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and great benefits. Location: Office in Frederick, MD

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and wire harnesses
  • Place through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Perform soldering and mechanical terminations using industry-standard tools
  • Install mechanical connections including screws, bolts, connectors, and plugs
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in every build
  • Contribute ideas to improve assembly processes and procedures
  • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical systems
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
  • Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and use hand/power tools
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs
  • IPC-A-610 Certification (CIS) is a plus – or willingness to obtain it
