Lead operations, financial, tactical, and customer service strategies for Transportation Engineering Services. Oversee Fleet Maintenance, Fueling infrastructure, and Maintenance Services. Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective services. Develop immediate and long-term maintenance strategies, manage the Annual Operating budget, uphold legal/regulatory standards, and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities


  • Fleet Maintenance operations encompass trams, on-road and off-road vehicles, PTVs, wagons, trailers, etc. The department is fully responsible for all related outcomes concerning guests, cast members, and financial performance.
  • Manage fueling infrastructure and service (diesel, bio-diesel, gas, CNG)
  • Manage Maintenance Services throughout resort (asset movement via forklift, crane, truck, etc.), waterway level maintenance, deployment of pumps light towers, etc.
  • Oversee maintenance services across the resort, including asset transportation using forklifts, cranes, and trucks. Ensure proper waterway level maintenance and manage the deployment of pumps and light towers.
  • Manage resort fleet replacement strategy, budget and execution
  • Proven Transportation or Maintenance Engineering Services experience in a leadership role
  • Attractions maintenance - understanding of ride law
  • Manufacturing, resource management/demand planning, procurement, material handling
  • Financial and business management skills: activity based management, inventory management and accounting
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Maximo, SAP, MS products
  • Change management, communication/presentation/writing, diversity appreciation


Experience


  • 10+ years of experience in transportation or maintenance engineering services
  • Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Operations Management, General Engineering, Business Management, or similar


The hiring range for this position in California is $123,000.00-$152,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
