Zoom Tan is seeking an Area Manager to oversee our salons in the FL Midwest area. We need a strategic and planning-focused individual to develop and lead their team towards achieving success.

Job Requirements

  • Supervise all Salon Managers and staff in the assigned area.
  • Conduct inventory audits at each location visited.
  • Ensure all locations open and close at designated times.
  • Be prepared to cover any unattended shifts.
  • Manage human resources practices, including legal compliance and internal processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all Zoom Tan policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts.

Experience Required

  • Preferably, experience in multi-store retail or tanning.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive management experience.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to solve practical problems and handle various concrete variables.
  • Proficiency in interpreting instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
