Responsibilities
- Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm client eligibility
- Schedule appointments and maintain a consistent follow-up routine
- Respond to incoming customer service inquiries and calls
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate coverage options
- Use our Needs Analysis system to create customized protection plans
- Stay current with updates to products, services, and company policies through ongoing training and collaboration with leadership
