We have an immediate opening for our Receptionist / Appointment coordinator.
Our Service receptionist / appointment coordinator is the quarterback of our service department. you have access to see what the consultants are doing and there availability and pass that information along to our customers, you are their eyes. Communication and respectfulness is the backbone to our commitment to our guests.
The applicant must be well presented, clear and understandable speaking voice, able to multitask along with completing tasks from start to finish when necessary. The person needs to work well with others able to understand direction and implement it.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am till 5pm and every other Saturday from 8am till 3pm.
You will be handing heavy phone traffic and redirecting to the proper person, making service appointments, answering simple questions.
You will be joining a award winning team and we wish to continue that track.
