Description

Turnkey Processing Solutions, LLC is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our corporate office in Franklin, Tennessee. The AP Specialist is responsible for entering a high volume of invoices daily into accounting system with accuracy. The AP Specialist will communicate with project managers, approvers, and vendors to coordinate approvals and payments.

Responsibilities

• Understand the AP processes. troubleshoot, research, and solve issues.
• Process various batches with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Research purchase orders, vendor payments, and outstanding issues.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with the department’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent standards of customer service with all project managers, approvers, and vendors.
• Monitoring of AP inbox.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with accounting software, Viewpoint a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate experience with Excel.
• Ability to accurately enter a high volume of data.
• Strong work ethic and a quick learner.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Able to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
