Position Description:

This position designs, develops, and implements artificial intelligence solutions, including traditional ML and generative AI, to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency.

Position Location:

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

What you do:

  • Design, train, and optimize ML/DS models, implement validation frameworks, and manage data pipelines.
  • Build scalable AI infrastructure, implement CI/CD for ML models, monitor production performance, and manage model versioning.
  • Design APIs and microservices, integrate AI with existing infrastructure, ensure system scalability, and maintain documentation.
  • Deploy and customize LLMs, design RAG systems, develop PoCs for emerging agentic solutions, and optimize inference costs.
  • Implement model monitoring, ensure fairness, document model lineage, and manage a model registry.
  • Enforce AI security measures, ensure data privacy compliance, monitor model vulnerabilities, and maintain audit trails.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, IT, and business stakeholders, while guiding DevOps on deployment needs.
  • Review code and architecture, contribute to technical strategy, and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver on targeted business objectives, ensuring solutions meet expected needs with effective training and adoption.
  • Define AI/ML best practices, optimize workflows, and drive innovation through research and development.


What you bring:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • 0-2 years of experience with generative AI or machine learning models required.
