About The Team

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI/GenAI based products and solutions. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge SaaS technologies and impactful projects that are used by enterprises and users worldwide. As a Software Engineer II, you will be involved in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship products and services.

The pay range for this position is $88,700.00 to $127,500.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. About The Team

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI/GenAI based products and solutions. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge SaaS technologies and impactful projects that are used by enterprises and users worldwide. As a Software Engineer II, you will be involved in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship products and services.
About The Role
- Build cloud micro-services in Python with LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, MCP, A2A and web-first frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio, FastHTML.
- Prototype and harden advanced model capabilities—structured reasoning, autonomous planning, image/video generation, real-time “live mode.”
- Design for reliability, security, and blazing performance; drive peer reviews and root-cause analyses.
- Champion CI/CD, observability, and rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate daily with product, UX, and data-science partners to turn breakthrough ideas into customer value.
- Document and share; level up the team through clear design docs and lightning talks.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of professional Python development with Git/GitHub.
- Proven ability to build applications on top of foundation-model APIs and to use AI in your daily coding workflow (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf/Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- A self-starter who reads papers for fun and ships scrappy demos before breakfast.
- Energized by ambiguity and full ownership in an AI-first culture.
- Inclusive, candid, and customer-obsessed.
- Deep familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, MCP, A2A, and multimodal model orchestration.
- Next-gen AI coding agents/IDEs such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code.
- GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, Kubeflow), Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Vector, SQL, and NoSQL data stores; streaming frameworks; distributed-systems concepts.
