The pay range for this position is $23 to $28 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Online Shopping Experience: Collaborate with our global e-commerce team to analyze and measure the online shopping experience using AI-powered insights, understanding how our customers find and purchase HP products. Measure and learn about key CX elements including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Sentiment, Behavioral Analytics, Conversion Impact, Pain Points, Delighters, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Support Customer Interactions: Learn about e-commerce support across various channels, including digital, chat, phone, and SMS, and how we leverage AI tools to assist customers with their inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Drive Customer Loyalty and Personalization: Use customer feedback and AI analytics tools to develop strategies that foster customer loyalty and tailor personalized experiences. Contribute to initiatives that ensure each customer feels valued and understood based on their behavior, preferences, and shopping habits.
- Collaborate Across Global Teams: Work closely with cross-functional e-commerce teams around the world to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience, leveraging AI to enhance collaboration and decision-making.
- Real-World Experience: Get your hands dirty with real projects that impact our customers and business, incorporating AI technologies.
- Skill Building: Learn valuable skills in customer experience management, data analysis, AI integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced pros in the field.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
